Girl Scouts provides ample opportunities for girls in grades k-12 to explore their communities and other cultures through travel and exploration. By building a progressive program, girls develop skills that help them be successful in each new experience from setting up their own tent to meeting Girl Scouts in other countries. Prior to taking trips with your troop or group, one adult is required to complete the Troop Travel training course. The course can be found on gsLearn as part of the GSHG: New Leader Learning Series or as it’s own stand alone course in the Content Library of gsLearn.
