We want everyone to know about the exciting things that Girl Scouts are doing! If your troop, or a Girl Scout in your area, has been featured in the external media (TV, radio, internet or publication), let us know!
The first time each Girl Scout who is featured in the media will receive a “Girl Scouts in the News” patch for her sash or vest. For the second media appearance, girls will receive the microphone patch.
This is a great way to encourage Girl Scouts and troops to show the community all the things they’re doing to make the world a better place.
To receive patches, please complete this form and submit the form to media@gshg.org. Attach a copy of the article, provide specific information about the TV or radio interview, or provide the web address of the online coverage. Don't forget to indicate which patch you are requesting! Limit of one big patch and one microphone patch per Girl Scout.
