Volunteer

When you give your time, you help girls discover their strengths and shape their futures. There's no one "right" way to volunteer—you can choose what fits your life best!

Ways to Volunteer

  • Troop Leadership: Become a leader or co-leader and guide girls through badge work, community projects, and adventures that build confidence and characther.
  • Occasional Opportunities: Support Girl Scouts when it works for you! Volunteer at events, programs, cookie booths, or local service projects.
  • Adopt-a-Camp Teams: Help preserve the macig of our camps by joining a team that assists with cleanup, restoration, or improvement projects.
  • Campus Girl Scouts: Campus Girl Scouts clubs provide college students with opportunities to make the world a better place, both on campus and in their communities. With members collaborating and supporting one another, the possibilities are as diverse as your imagination! Volunteers can either lead a troop of local Girl Scouts or help plan four or more events throughout the academic year for their campus club.

Donate

An investment in Girl Scouts is an investment in making our community better, stronger, and brighter. Y our gift will be used to ensure local Girl Scouts gain the skills and confidence needed to accept challenges, overcome obstacles, and become leaders. Plus, every dollar you give stays right here in our community.

Ways to Give:

  • One-Time Donation: Every gift, big or small, makes a difference in the lives of local Girl Scouts.
  • Giving Societies: Join a community of supporters who believe in the power of girls and the mission of Girl Scouts.
    • The High-Five Club: Make an annual or recurring gift of $5 or more to join this circle of donors whose small, steady gifts make a big impact.
    • The 1912 Society: Named for the year Girl Scouts began, members give $19.12 or more each month to ensure the Girl Scout experience continues to thrive.
    • The On My Honor Society: Support girls' leadership journeys in a pwerful way by contributing $1,000 or more each year.
    • The Juliette Gordon Low Society: Honor the Girl Scout founder's legacy through planned giving, ensuring that the Girl Scout mission continues for generations to come.
    • The Daisy Society: When a gift of $25 or more is made in honor of a girl, that girl receives a segment of the Daisy Society patch— a beautiful symbol of being celebrated and supported by her community.
  • Lifetime Membership: Celebrate your lifelong commitment to Girl Scouts and join a sisterhood that spans generations. Plus, a portion of your lifetime membership fee will help fund Girl Scouting for a member in your local community.
  • Other Ways to Give: Make an impact in the way that speaks to you—through signature events, scholarship funds, purchasing a brick at Girl Scout First Headquarters, corporate giving, or other special opportunities that help girls shine across Historic Georgia.
