Join the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia and HCA in celebrating Mental Illness Awareness week with daily virtual programming!

This adult training is designed to give troop leaders and volunteers the tools they need to support the mental health and wellbeing of girls in their care. We will explore how to recognize the signs that a girl may be struggling with her mental health, how to respond when concerns arise, and how to create a supportive environment where girls feel comfortable asking for help. Participants will also learn about available resources and where to turn for additional support when a girl's needs go beyond the troop setting.

This program is free and will take place virtually. The meeting link will be sent to registered participants on the day of the program.
