Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia's Cookie Program runs from December 14, 2026-March 7, 2027.

Whether you're a troop volunteer or a parent, your role is vital in helping girls build confidence, learn business skills, and achieve their goals. This page provides everything you need to ensure a smooth and successful cookie season. Is your future entrepreneur ready for the 2027 GSHG Girl Scout Cookie Program, are you new to the Cookie Program or are you a veteran business leader? Review our Cookies 101 For Caregivers for detailed instructions on having a successful program!

To get ready, start with the three steps below:

Step 1: Complete the Caregiver Checklist! This checklist contains the steps required to participate in the Fall Product Program.
o Register your girl for the current Girl Scout membership year. To verify, call Customer Care at 1-888-689-1912.
o Opt-in to receive emails. Ensure that your correct email address is in your myGS account and verify that you opted-in to receive emails to receive your Girl Scout’s online site invite.
o Submit the 2026-2027 Product Program Caregiver Permission Form. Complete this form with your troop number, service unit name, and region before the start of the cookie program. If you are unsure of this information, please contact your troop leader.
o The Product Program Caregiver Permission form can be completed once for both the Fall Product Program and the Girl Scout Cookie Program during the current Girl Scout membership year. Submission of any product program forms does not require your participation in either program.

Step 3: Mark your calendar! Be aware of all deadlines set during the Cookie Program.

Required Forms for All Parents/Caregivers

Product Program Caregiver Permission and Debt Form: This online form must be completed by the parent or caregiver. If the personal credentials (valid driver’s license or social security card) cannot be provided, cookies must be paid for in advance. Due to council by December 14, 2026.

Product Program End Survey: We extend the greatest appreciation to our volunteers, parents and guardians, and Girl Scouts for a successful Fall Product and Cookie Program. Despite all the challenges, you have exemplified our theme of "Ready to Explore" to the fullest. The following survey will help us improve next year's programming. Please feel free to answer all questions openly and honestly. This survey will close on May 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m.
Product Program Planning Committee Application: Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia invites volunteers to serve on the council-wide Product Program Planning Committee. This committee will be comprised of Product Program representatives from each region to ensure diversity and all the council’s geographic regions are represented. We are looking for NEW committee members that will provide GSHG with valuable input for future Product Programs.
Girl Advisory Sign Up Form: Sign up for our Girl Advisory Committee to share your ideas on all things rewards, programming, and even Girl Scout Experiences. The purpose of this meeting is to get feedback from our Girl Scouts regarding all things Fall Product and Cookie Program. If you have big ideas and want your voice to be heard, please complete this sign up form and jot down in your calendar our upcoming virtual meeting times and dates.

All Troop Cookie Program Managers will need a copy of the volunteer guide – it is your go–to resources during the cookie program. To be ready complete the three steps below:

Step 1: Be Product Program Ready!
o Be a registered Girl Scout volunteer with an approved background check for the current Girl Scout Membership year. To verify, call Customer Care at 1-888-689-1912.
o You must have the Troop Cookie Program Manager role assigned to you (or another registered and verified volunteer) in myGS to gain access to your troop eBudde site and have two non -related, background-checked volunteers assigned to the troop leadership role in myGS.
o Troops with less than 5 registered girls in grades K -5 and/or less than 3 registered girls in grades 6-12 may participate in upcoming product programs IF they are open in the troop catalog. Call Customer Care on 1-888-689-1912 for verification.
o Have your troop bank account set up by the Troop Account Manager.
o Submit the 2026-2027 Product Program Manager Agreement and Debt Form and via Jotform before the start of the Cookie Program.
Step 2: Watch the training videos! Go to gsLearn to access the full Cookie Program Training playlist. Get started by watching the GSHG Cookie Program Training video to gain access to your Digital Cookie troop site and receive eBudde access.
Step 3: Mark your calendar! Be aware of all deadlines set throughout the Cookie Program.

Talk about the skills! You learn so much and it's important for others to know that too. This lets them know that they are helping you with those skills by visiting you at boths or interacting online!

Never share your personal location information, including your booth locations
Never direct message with people you do not know. ALWAYS use your Girl Scout online sales link for customer orders

Why participate in our Fall Product Program?

The Fall Product Program is a simple, fun product program offering girls and troops the opportunity to earn startup funds for Girl Scout activities while also practicing five important skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. The troop can use the funds they earn to enjoy new and exciting opportunities right away! Thank you for your support of the girls, troops and council by purchasing or participating in the Fall Product Program!

This year's dates for Fall Product are September 19 - November 2, 2026!

Remember to pick up and collect your rewards before the start of the next Fall Product Program, or they will be forfeited to your regional Product Program Manager.

Nuts and candy: Trophy Nut offers sixteen delicious nut and candy selection!

Magazines: M2 Media offers magazine and educational kit subscriptions. These sales not only benefit the girls but also Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia because 50% of the purchase price from each sale goes directly to the council.

Tervis Tumblers: Girls will be offering a selection of Tervis Tumblers to order! Offerings will include a great selection of premium insulated tumblers and water bottles. Designs will include top sellers including your favorite MLB®, NFL®, collegiate sports teams, and more!

BarkBox: Girl Scouts has partnered with BarkBox to offer a special Girl Scout themed box for your dog!

Personalized products: Personalized products are new to the lineup this year and offer a variety of options that can that you can make your own or share. The selection includes stationery, photo frames and notepads, and much more. There are up to 26 items to select from for personalizing.

Candles: Another new addition to the lineup this year are long burning candles in variety of great scents. These double-wicked candles boast a burn time of up to 80 hours and make a great selection around the home or office.

Girls take orders on paper order cards from customers using cash or direct customers to the girl’s personalized storefront to shop the entire product line. Customers can choose to have items shipped directly to them or select from a group of products that the girls can deliver.

For Caregivers

For Volunteers

Step 1: Be Product Program Ready!

Step 2: Take your training! Navigate to the top of this page and click the "My GS" tab. Sign in with your username (email address) and password, then click gsLearn on your dashboard.
