Join the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia and HCA in celebrating Mental Illness Awareness Week with daily virtual programming!

Designed for Kindergarten through 3rd graders, this program invites girls to explore what happiness means to them through art. Girls will create a colorful drawing filled with the people, places, activities, and little things that make them happy. Along the way, we'll talk about recognizing our emotions and what we can do when we're feeling sad, frustrated, or overwhelmed by highlighting healthy coping strategies and identifying trusted adults we can turn to for support.

This program is free and will take place virtually. The meeting link will be sent to registered participants on the fay of the program. Girls should lgo in with paper, coloring supplies, and their imagination ready to go!

All registered Girl Scouts will receive a free Resilient, Ready, Strong patch in the mail following the event.
