Self-defense is an essential skill every woman needs to know. Come wearing comfy clothes as you will be practicing moves demonstrated to help keep you safe and aware of how to protect yourself. We will spend time together helping each other gain skills to help you feel empowered.
This is not a drop-off event. All registered Girl Scouts must be accompanied by an adult/troop leader and maintain appropriate adult-to-girl ratios. This ensures a secure and supportive environment.
