Building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

 Buy a Brick

The First Girl Scout Headquarters building, formerly the carriage house for Juliette Low’s adult home, was willed to the local Girl Scout council upon Juliette’s death in 1927. The building currently houses the Council’s archives and serves as a museum and program activity center, offering exciting interactive educational experiences for Girl Scouts and the community.

Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia will be replacing the bricks in the courtyard at First Headquarters in Savannah, which were laid in the 1970s, with new, commemorative engraved bricks.

Bricks are 4”x8” in size and cost $100 each. They will be available for purchase until all 1,500 are sold. Share a Girl Scout message or just list your name! Bricks can have up to three (3) lines of text engraved on them. Up to 18 characters (including spaces, special characters and punctuation marks) can be engraved per line.

To purchase a brick, please print/complete the Commemorative Brick Order Form and return it with your payment (Visa, MasterCard or check) to any GSHG council shop.  You may also save time and gas by ordering online here!  For additional information, please contact LaDon Shaw.
