FULL TIME

  • FUND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - ALBANY OR COLUMBUS
    This position may be located in either our Albany or Columbus office. The Fund Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Columbus and Albany regional areas of the Council’s annual giving campaign with an emphasis on individual giving, fund raising events, coordinating the Council’s data management systems, and providing support to the Council’s overall fundraising program. Moreover, the individual must exhibit a working knowledge of Girl Scouts philosophy and program, and exhibits commitment to the mission of Girl Scouts.   •  MEMBERSHIP RECRUITER - ATHENS
    The Membership Recruiter actively works on developing and increasing girl and adult membership within assigned geographic areas. He/She serves as the primary point of contact for external audiences in the assigned geographic areas with a focus on the recruitment of members, identification of Service Area/Community outreach and program partners. The individual utilizes a strong command of Girl Scout knowledge to build exceptional volunteer teams, estabishes an effective communication plan and promotes GSHG Council program offerings as well as provide adult education and recognition. The individual must exhibit a working knowledge of Girl Scout philosophy and programs, and exhibit commitment to the Girl Scout mission.   • BUSINESS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT- SAVANNAH                                                          The Business Operations Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating the administrative needs of the Business Operations Officer (BOO), who oversees the accounting, development, communications, marketing, product sales and technology teams of Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia in a confidential, professional, accurate and timely manner.  The Business Operations Executive Assistant will work with the team and with the council as a whole to facilitate effective and consistent communication internally and externally. PART TIME
  • DIRECT DELIVERY ASSISTANT  (ATHENS/GAINESVILLE) - 3 needed
    15 hours/week. The Direct Delivery Assistant is responsible for providing quality Girl Scout program to girls, predominantly in hard to reach areas, which meet the criteria of a specified grant.  Interested candidates for one of the Athens/Gainesville positions should send a completed GSHG employment application form to Betsy Connell at bconnell@gshg.org. SUMMER CAMP SEASONAL STAFF POSITIONS

Girl Scout Summer Camp is just around the corner, and we need youth minded, outdoor loving, energetic people to be our camps’ counselors, lifeguards, healthcare supervisors, arts and crafts managers, meal preparers, assistant camp directors, and more.  If you or someone you know loves to work with Girl Scouts in an outdoor environment, check out all of the available summer positions below, and then apply using our Summer Camp Seasonal Staff ApplicationMust be 18 years of age or older.
