Building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

 Opportunities to Reconnect

As a former member, you know how much fun Girl Scouting is, how important the friendships are and how much can be learned. Did you know that it’s even better today and that you can still be part of it as an adult? We reach out to our alumnae just as we reach out to girls. Whether you’re a young adult, a 30-, 40- or 50-something adult, or a mature person with or without grandchildren, we want you to stay connected to the organization you loved as a girl. You have much to offer and much to gain!

How Can I Reconnect?
  • Please click here to register as a Girl Scout alumna to receive information regarding our alumnae groups and activities and to receive our monthly newsletter!

  • Being a part of our wonderful alumnae groups will give you the opportunity to socialize with other alumnae. We'd love for you to be an active part of our council by attending special events.

  • Another option is taking a more substantial volunteer role, such as serving on a committee or the board, leading a troop, helping with events or helping out in the offices occasionally.
However you choose to become involved, you will have a role in developing the leaders of tomorrow. It will give you a chance to make new friends as you meet other volunteers. If you’re preparing for a career, volunteering for Girl Scouts will look great on your resume.

Alumnae Supporting the Council
Our alumnae often want to support the council with their funds, in addition to their membership and service if they volunteer. When our own members show their support it gives us even more credibility as we seek funding from the business community and foundations.
