The GIRL SCOUT name and mark, the TREFOIL mark and all other trademarks, service marks, logotypes, designs, and copyrights associated with or related to the Girl Scouts ("GSUSA's Intellectual Property") are the sole and exclusive property of GSUSA and are protected under the laws of the United States of America and international treaties. Each Web site must display all necessary and appropriate trademark, copyright, and other proprietary notices in the name of GSUSA on the home page or in an equally prominent location and no Council may display, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use or authorize the use of GSUSA's Intellectual Property in any way for any public or commercial purposes, without GSUSA's prior written permission.
